e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, or cashier experience

• Ability to meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company policies
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train team members in all roles
• Act as the department leader in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
• Assist with scheduling and workload management
• Oversee order intake, distribution, and labeling, including perishables
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain supplies
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
• Report discrepancies and issues to management
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Implement process improvements as directed
