Qualifications

• In-office B2C or B2B customer service experience required.
• E-commerce experience would be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Process and track orders, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle returns and refunds, issue shipping labels, and maintain records.
• Document interactions using multiple CRM and e-commerce systems.
• Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve processes.
