Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical certification, plus 2–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years Customer Service or inside sales in technical or life science fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and update ERP with accuracy.
• Verify product details, pricing, and lead times for on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to process orders.
• Provide information on product availability, delivery timelines and pricing.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
