Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with strong computer skills and at least one year of experience in website programs or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in business, administration, technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Use our proprietary software to build customer E-Commerce sites as defined in our internal project definition system (CORE).
• Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received through our online ticketing system.
• Assist E-Commerce Associates with issues and questions related to E-Commerce website builds or maintenance.
• Provide guidance and suggestions to sales, strategic operations, and other stakeholders on appropriate E-Commerce features to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with sales, graphics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of E-Commerce website changes.
• Add/update items, customers, and locations in ASB enterprise platform through the web interface syncing to the E-Commerce system.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to emails and phone inquiries.
• Work with our integrated partner network to coordinate integration and testing of templates/products on partners’ external systems.
• Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates.
• Coordinate with sales associates and customer service to hand off projects upon completion.
• Additional duties as assigned.
