Job summary

Runnings is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist for the Retail Support Center in Marshall, MN to develop and maintain website content, optimize product information, and enhance the online shopping experience. In this in-person role, you will work with buying and ecommerce teams, coordinate with vendors, manage data in PIM systems and website platforms, and create SEO-friendly content.

A detail-oriented communicator with ecommerce experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred; training and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, marketing or related field.
Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Magento, PIM systems, and Horizon is a plus.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and data entry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Buying Team and eCommerce Team members to identify products for the website
Communicate with vendors to obtain product information and assets
Enter and manage data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and website platforms
Write, proofread and edit website product offerings
Partner closely with other team members to ensure consistency
Assist Customer Service in addressing eCommerce questions
Communicate with Distribution and Store personnel to ensure order fulfillment
Create unique SEO rich content for new web content
