Job summary

American Solutions for Business is hiring an E-Commerce Coordinator to ensure our online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and kept up-to-date. You will perform data entry to create new catalogs and maintain existing ones, and respond to help tickets and site build requests.

This role uses our CORE system to assemble pages, coordinates with sales, graphics, and customer service, and works with our partner network to test templates and products before rollout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with strong computer skills and 1+ years’ experience with website programs.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in business, administration, technology or related experience.
• Experience working with website programs and online catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Build customer E-Commerce sites using CORE per internal project definitions.
• Maintain and update existing E-Commerce sites based on ticket requests.
• Assist E-Commerce Associates with issues and questions related to site builds or maintenance.
• Provide guidance and suggestions to sales, strategic operations, and other stakeholders on E-Commerce features.
• Coordinate with sales, graphics, and other stakeholders for timely rollout of changes.
• Add/update items, customers, and locations in ASB enterprise platform.
• Coordinate with partner network for testing templates/products on external systems.
• Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates.
• Hand-off projects to sales and customer service upon completion.
