LKQ Corp. is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator for an on-site role in Raleigh, NC. You will process online orders, coordinate in-house order fulfillment, and maintain product listings across websites and online marketplaces.

The role requires strong basic math, customer service skills, and familiarity with online marketplaces. Previous automotive experience and photography skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of telephone sales, internet sales, customer service, or route sales.
• College coursework is a plus.
• Prior automotive experience and automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Online marketplace experience (e.g., Amazon) desired.
• Photography experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment of orders and shipping.
• Maintain marketplace storefront health and product listings.
• Post and upload product material and listings on websites and portals.
• Monitor inventory to ensure stock levels meet thresholds and flag issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/order information.
• Set up special order part numbers not regularly stocked.

Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!Responsible for processing online orders for company products and/or services, coordinating in-house product order filling, processing and shipping activities to support online orders, and assisting in maintaining product listings and materials on websites and in online marketplaces.**Essential Job Duties*** Monitor the health and performance of marketplace storefronts.* Maintain good standings for marketplace stores and their product listings based on guidelines provided* Post and upload product material and listings on websites/portals to support digital marketing programs.* Monitor inventory changes to ensure minimum stock levels and notify management when levels do not support the threshold.* Process orders by entering orders and reviewing orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.* Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support on new or existing orders.
