Job summary

Saks Global in New York is seeking an E-commerce Category Specialist to drive online performance for a luxury brand. You will optimize product presentation, manage information, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow sales and profitability in the ecommerce channel.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in category management or ecommerce, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CMS, PIM, Google Analytics, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in category management or ecommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner to implement brand-specific ecommerce strategies.
• Collaborate with merchandising to influence product assortment.
• Maintain category navigation and product information.
• Track and report on key metrics: sales, conversions, AOV, traffic.
• Work with digital experience teams to optimize site experience.
• Synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations.
