Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (Looker, Adobe Analytics) and SFCC is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Site Merchandising: execute and test customer journeys for online events to drive traffic and revenue.
• Curate seasonal gift guides and shops using data and merchant recommendations for discovery.
• Support quarterly taxonomy updates and ensure proper on-site implementation.
• Monitor inventory and adjust product placements based on availability and velocity.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Creative to ensure content accuracy and timing.
• Provide performance reports and use insights to optimize product presentation and site experience.
