The e-Commerce Sales Associate guides customers from online leads to an in-store experience in our no-haggle sales environment, responding to inquiries, comparing options, and helping customers select their perfect vehicle with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from online leads to an in-store experience in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and answer questions to help customers select their perfect vehicle.
• Close deals and ensure an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
