Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone, and in-person channels. You will guide buyers through the vehicle selection process in a no-haggle environment, respond to leads promptly, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to in-store purchase.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the Service department post-purchase to support ownership and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to meet and exceed targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with organizational abilities.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and transition to service.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from leads to in-store experience in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to inquiries online, over the phone, and in person to facilitate vehicle purchases.
• Close deals and ensure payment options fit customers’ budgets and lifestyles.
• Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and loyalty; refer to Service department as needed.
