Job summary

PUMA Group is offering an Internship in Commercial Management E-Commerce Europe. The role supports PUMA.com’s direct-to-consumer operations, analyzes performance, and helps plan promotional activities for eu.PUMA.com.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Content, Marketing, and Operations to enhance the customer journey and drive revenue. Prior experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
• Previous practical experience in E-Commerce, Digital Business, Retail, or Marketing is a plus.
• Interest in E-Commerce, Digital Business, Retail, and Commercial Trading.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial operations and trading activities of PUMA.com's direct-to-consumer business.
• Assist in driving revenue growth and profitability through business performance monitoring and analysis.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns on eu.PUMA.com.
• Monitor business KPIs, analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Merchandising, Content, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support the coordination and execution of key business initiatives and projects.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and support the implementation of strategic projects.
