  • Partner with Planning, Buying, Content and Marketing teams to optimize product exposure based on demand, inventory health, launch timing and business priorities.
  • Lead product ranking, navigation, filtering and cross-sell strategies to improve discoverability and KPI's for assigned categories.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance trends, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively adjust merchandising strategies to hit identified targets.
  • Own category-level reporting and performance readouts, clearly communicating results, inisghts, and recommended actions to direct team or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement test-and-learn opportunities (A/B tests, new merchandising approaches, UX enhancements) to drive incremental growth.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accuracy, quality, and execution speed, particularly during peak trading moments.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for site merchandising best practices, trends, and tools within the e-commerce organization, occasionally coaching junior site merchandisers directly.
  • Proactively identify and propose solutions to site merchandising related functionality issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
  • Champion continuous improvements by identifying gaps and recommending workflow refinements.
  • Research competitive landscape and industry best practices to inform future site merchandising strategies.
