• Structured, disciplined approach to complex cadences and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across global and regional teams.
• High ownership mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a structured operating cadence across Americas E-Commerce teams.
• Support preparation of key business reviews (MBRs, regional reviews, leadership updates).
• Track commercial performance across markets with KPI visibility.
• Identify performance gaps and drive follow-up actions across markets.
• Coordinate rollout of global playbooks across performance marketing, content, CRM and data optimization.
• Monitor adherence to global guardrails (budget, channel mix, promotions).
• Act as primary coordination point between Americas markets and global teams.
• Ensure alignment between global priorities and market execution.
• Provide program management support for regional and global initiatives.
• Track progress, timelines, deliverables and outcomes for strategic initiatives.
