Job summary

• 5+ years of legal e-billing experience; law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal billing processes and outside counsel guidelines.
• Experience with e-billing platforms such as TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume billing and multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit high-volume electronic invoices in accordance with client guidelines and fee agreements
