Job summary

Addison Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to oversee electronic billing for institutional clients, ensuring invoices are submitted accurately, timely, and in compliance with client requirements. The role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote after training.

You will manage high-volume electronic invoices, set up new clients and matters, monitor acceptances and rejections, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining records and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal e-billing experience; law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal billing and e-billing processes.
• Experience with TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
