Job summary

RPG Squarefoot Solutions in Jessup, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to ensure accurate, efficient warehouse operations and to support rapid order fulfillment. This role emphasizes precise inventory control, timely receiving and shipping, and strong collaboration with the Warehouse Manager using E-Automate to optimize processes.

You will maintain records, generate KPI reports, and help implement safety protocols and maintenance schedules for equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Coordinator or similar role with an inventory system.
• Proficiency with E-Automate for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, and quality control.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of products and materials using E-Automate.
• Process customer orders and monitor statuses.
• Oversee receiving of shipments and the shipping of orders.
• Implement quality control with E-Automate to ensure product standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Generate reports on KPIs such as order fulfillment and inventory turnover.
