Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced E&I General Foreman for a data center project in Texas. Lead field operations on a large-scale mission-critical site during night shift, coordinating safety, quality, and schedule performance.

You will oversee crews of 100–150 personnel, work with multiple supervisory levels, and interface with owners and vendors. Strong leadership, construction sequencing, and OSHA compliance are essential.

Lead Electrical Work on a Mission Critical Data Center Project

We are hiring an experienced E and I General Foramen in Houston, Texas to lead field operations on a large-scale Data Center project. This role serves as the senior electrical field leader responsible for safety, workforce management, productivity, quality execution, schedule performance, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading large electrical teams on mission-critical projects and thrives in fast-paced construction environments where safety, quality, and schedule are paramount.

What You Will Do

• Lead all electrical field operations throughout project execution
• Manage electrical crews, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors
• Direct workforce planning for teams ranging from 100-150 personnel

What We Are Seeking

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Data Center / Mission Critical construction experience
• Experience leading crews of 50+ personnel
• 7-10+ years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and construction sequencing
• Experience managing large field workforces and multiple levels of supervision
• Ability to travel and work rotational schedules as required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Journeyman or Master Electrician licensure, experience with 15kV-35kV electrical distribution systems, and experience in renewable energy, power generation, EPC, or other large-scale industrial construction environments are strongly preferred.
