Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead a major Data Center construction project in West Texas. Abernathy, TX on-site role offering rate up to $62-65 per hour DOE and an 18-month engagement.

You will manage startup through turnover, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and risk, with a focus on safety, quality, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction management experience.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $20M.
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on a major Data Center project in West Texas.

• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors
• Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies
• Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Manage project risks, change management, and issue resolution
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
• Drive successful commissioning and project closeout activities
