KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Houston, TX to lead field operations on a major data center project. You will oversee safety, workforce management, productivity, quality, and client coordination on a fast-paced, mission-critical site.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction and a Journeyman or Master Electrician licensure, with strong leadership and scheduling skills.

• Knowledge of electrical installation methods and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical field operations throughout project execution.
• Manage electrical crews, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors.
• Direct workforce planning for teams of 100–150 personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Drive schedule performance and earned value progress tracking.
• Conduct daily planning and coordination meetings.
• Resolve field installation challenges and construction conflicts.
• Maintain quality, inspection readiness, and turnover documentation.
• Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities.
• Interface with owners, clients, vendors, and project leadership.

Electrical Superintendent-Data Center Construction

Project Duration: 18 months

Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off

Per Diem: $150/day available

Location: Houston, Texas

Lead the Electrical Scope on a Major Data Center Project

Are you an Electrical Superintendent who knows how to lead large electrical teams, keep demanding schedules on track, and deliver safe, high-quality work in a mission-critical environment?

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent in Houston, Texas to lead field operations on a large-scale Data Center project. This role serves as the senior electrical field leader responsible for safety, workforce management, productivity, quality execution, schedule performance, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading large electrical teams on mission-critical projects and thrives in fast-paced construction environments where safety, quality, and schedule are paramount.

What You Will Do

• Lead all electrical field operations throughout project execution
• Manage electrical crews, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors
• Direct workforce planning for teams ranging from 100–150 personnel
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics
• Drive project schedule performance and earned value progress tracking
• Conduct daily planning and coordination meetings
• Resolve field installation challenges and construction conflicts
• Maintain quality standards, inspection readiness, and turnover documentation
• Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities
• Interface directly with owners, clients, vendors, and project leadership teams

What We Are Seeking

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Data Center / Mission Critical construction experience
• Experience leading crews of 50+ personnel
• 7–10+ years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and construction sequencing
• Experience managing large field workforces and multiple levels of supervision
• Ability to travel and work rotational schedules as required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Journeyman or Master Electrician licensure, experience with 15kV–35kV electrical distribution systems, and experience in renewable energy, power generation, EPC, or other large-scale industrial construction environments are strongly preferred.
