Plano ISD seeks a dedicated educator to support students with dyslexia on the campus. You will implement the Take Flight program, coordinate with the principal and staff, and monitor interventions to improve reading outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, collaboration, and adherence to district policies while supporting district-wide literacy goals and professional development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or training for subject and level assigned.
• Academic Language - Practitioner/Therapist is preferred.
• Experience with dyslexia therapy or reading intervention is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate a dyslexia and reading intervention program at the campus.
• Coordinate with principals and teachers to meet intervention needs.
• Attend campus meetings regarding instructional dyslexia and reading intervention.
• Support district and campus strategic goals and SBIC.
• Implement new materials and teaching methods to meet student needs.
