Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Dyslexia Specialist to support students with reading challenges in Irving, TX. You will provide explicit, multisensory dyslexia interventions and collaborate with campus teams to design targeted support plans based on data.

You will monitor progress, adjust instruction, and ensure compliance with TEA guidelines while engaging families and school staff in ARD/504 processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide explicit, systematic, multisensory dyslexia intervention.
• Develop individualized support plans based on student data and evaluations.

• Collaborate with general education, special education staff, diagnosticians, and families; participate in ARD/504 meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with TEA guidelines and district procedures for dyslexia services.
