Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Irving, Texas seeks educators to deliver structured dyslexia interventions and develop individualized support plans based on student data. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field.
• Texas Educator Certification required; Dyslexia certification or TEA-approved training preferred.
• MTA required.
• Knowledge of Texas dyslexia laws and the Texas Dyslexia Handbook; familiarity with IDEA and ARD processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide explicit, systematic, multisensory dyslexia intervention.
• Develop individualized support plans based on student data and needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, diagnosticians and families; participate in ARD and Section 504.
