The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Dynamics Test Engineering Manager to lead the BT&E Environmental Test Capability and Operations team. You will oversee dynamics lab operations, safety, development of the team, and continuous productivity improvements while guiding test execution across the product life cycle.

The role requires a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, a BS in engineering or related field, and 5+ years in engineering or lab settings.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) or ability to obtain program access
• At least 1 year in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large program management) or completion of Boeing internal Exploing Leadership course
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent related to the work statement
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or laboratory environment
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
• Preferred: Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Preferred: Technical project/program management experience
• Preferred: 5+ years in a lab/test environment

Responsabilités

• Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in Test and Evaluation Engineering
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
• Complete Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment as part of the selection process
