Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in lab/test environment.
• Experience with project management and self-managing projects.
• Experience setting up equipment and performing tests with various devices.
• Experience creating and documenting test plans/procedures, executing tests, analyzing results.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes for repeatability.
• Leads development of test procedures and designs calibration systems/fixtures.
• Develops data processing tools and algorithms and generates calibration procedures.
• Guides design of test hardware, software and systems to meet requirements.
• Oversees debriefing of the test team and ensures data quality and delivery to customers.
• Trains others and works with minimal direction.
