Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• At least one year in a leadership role or equivalent leadership training.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, laboratory or test environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational goals for IE work scope including development, implementation and improvement activities.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate employees.
• Manage costs and budgetary goals, ensuring performance aligns with plans while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures in alignment with business strategies and objectives.
• Acquire and coordinate resources for projects and provide technical management of projects and process improvements.
• Develop and coordinate resources for technical project management of process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, peers, and direct reports.
• Ensure safety and quality of work, including hazard mitigation and RCCA participation.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Responsible for estimating, staffing, capital planning and financial management.
