Job summary

The Boeing Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Manager to lead BT&E activities onsite. You will provide leadership, coordination, and technical oversight of test operations across lab, ground, and flightTest programs.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of engineering leadership, 1+ year of military flight test, and the ability to obtain U.S. security clearance (Top Secret). Relocation assistance is provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for security clearance.
• Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance post-start.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Engineering Leadership.
• 1+ years of Military Flight Test experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the BT&E program focal between program management, stakeholders, BT&E value streams, and capability leaders to support test proposal development, test program estimates, and test program execution.
• Engage throughout the product test life cycle ensuring both BT&E and program test strategies and objectives are effectively deployed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Executive Level & Senior Managers in program management, BT&E, military partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead Lab and Flight test approach strategies, integrating laboratory tests, on aircraft ground tests, and flight tests for multiple Mobility & Surveillance Test Programs.
• Develop and execute integrated program plans that achieve established program goals while complying with processes, procedures, and priorities.
• Manage test program work statement, commitments, and performance to plan including cost and schedule.
• Establish and manage change to a defined test program baseline.
• Use program management best practices to plan, execute, and manage the test program including RIO and change management.
• Foster a team culture of First Time Quality and a "Go 4 Zero" attitude towards Safety while supporting Life Saving Rules.
• Achieve satisfaction with BDS and BGS partners and US Government and international customers to retain a "Preferred Supplier" status and support new business.
