Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Dynamics Solutions Manager in Salt Lake City to lead a major digital transformation by aligning enterprise systems strategy with business objectives.

You will drive modernization across ERP, CRM, and warehouse management while guiding integrations with third‑party systems and promoting Power Platform automation. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and BI tools to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, business systems, or digital solution delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service).
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar low-code platforms.
• Experience with BI or reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop and execute an enterprise applications roadmap for digital transformation.
• Lead modernization efforts to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee architecture, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across functions.
• Drive CRM, ERP, and warehouse management enhancements to meet evolving requirements.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics and third-party systems ensuring secure data exchange.
