AMACO, at our Brickyard manufacturing site in Indianapolis, invites you to join as a Dynamics NAV ERP Operations Coordinator to orchestrate data, materials, and documentation that keep ceramic production humming.

Your day includes releasing production paperwork in NAV, reconciling inventory, troubleshooting NAV issues, and coordinating upgrades, while partnering with Supply Chain and floor teams to hit lead-time goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; NAV transaction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and NAV; accurate data entry.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in hot environments.
• 1 year NAV transaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the NAV point person for issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Reconcile order information between NAV and Accounts Payable.
• Manage and balance on-hand inventory; analyze component availability.
• Learn and apply NAV, Jet Reports, and related tools.
• Verify replenished materials are stocked in correct bins/locations.
• Receive incoming parts into stock and coordinate with Supply Chain.
• Plan and track material movement across production cycles.
• Release production paperwork (picks, work instructions, QC documents).
• Execute cycle count tasks and follow-ups.
• Collaborate across teams and take on special assignments.
