Job summary

Guardian Bikes is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to operate Acumatica daily and ensure data reflects the physical operations on the factory floor in Seymour, IN (or Indianapolis). You will configure workflows, develop reports, and implement changes in partnership with Operations, Finance, IT and Data teams.

Our ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in manufacturing, distribution or e-commerce and proven cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce.
• Acumatica experience (configuration, workflows, reporting).
• Working knowledge of manufacturing costing, BOM governance, and inventory valuation.
• Proven cross-functional communication and project success.

Responsibilities

• Canonical Ledger Integrity: operate Acumatica, configure workflows, and daily updates.
• Operational Workflow: configure cross-functional workflows across production, inventory, and finance.
• Data Integrity & AI Readiness: ensure clean, machine-interpretable ERP data and AI-ready workflows.
• What Success Looks Like: build relationships and document data lineage with key teams.
