Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies seeks a Process Operator to manage the daily flow of materials, inventory, and data. You will ensure accurate entry and timely movement of goods through our ERP system Netsuite.

Typical duties include entering production and inventory data, receiving and staging materials, and maintaining accurate counts while following safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to move unpalletized product without damage.
• Move product two pallets high.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing representative in warehouse and loading environments.
• Enter production, material, and inventory data accurately in Netsuite.
• Receive, stage, and move materials to keep the line supplied.
• Track inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Reconcile physical counts against system records.
• Follow standard work and safety procedures on every task.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor before they slow production.
