Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an experienced Navision SCM Consultant to deliver functional support and continuous improvement for a managed services engagement focused on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central supply chain.

Responsibilities include providing Level 2/3 support for SCM modules, incident management within SLAs, configuring and supporting procurement, inventory, warehousing, planning, and logistics, and collaborating with developers and integration teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional consulting with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 BC.
• Strong experience in NAV/BC supply chain and logistics processes (purchasing, order processing, inventory, warehousing, planning).
• Hands-on knowledge of item setup, locations, bins, item tracking, reservations, and posting setup.
• Experience in a managed services, production support, or SLA-based environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and produce functional specs, test cases, and user training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 functional support for NAV/BC SCM modules.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and user queries within SLAs.
• Configure and support procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Collaborate with developers and integration teams to troubleshoot customizations and interfaces.
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate testing, and validate deployments.
• Create and maintain functional docs, config guides, and end-user training materials.
