Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Navision SCM Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central SCM processes in a managed services engagement from Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional consulting with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including purchasing, inventory, warehousing and planning.
• Experience in a managed services, production support, or SLA-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for NAV/BC supply chain modules.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and user queries within SLAs.
• Configure, maintain, and support procurement, inventory, warehousing, and order management processes.
• Collaborate with developers and integration teams to troubleshoot customizations and interfaces.
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, and validate deployments.
