The Opportunity

Our Finance and Supply Chain Management Consultants are key members of the EY team, utilizing structured project methodologies to define, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. This client-facing role requires a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for designing ERP systems to meet business requirements and ensuring successful client implementations.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and support sales efforts through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.

• Experience in project phases such as requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout.

• Leading design sessions with business leaders to determine requirements.
• Broad technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365.
• Implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365.
• Finance-specific project accounting experience (for finance applicants).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.
• Additional relevant qualifications.
• Proactive professional development.
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures.
