Position Overview

As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions, primarily focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Your responsibilities include evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales efforts through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Experience working in project teams through all phases of project lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of business processes and Dynamics 365 modules.
• Ability to develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership capabilities, including guiding junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Accounting, Finance, IT, etc.).
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• Experience with Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience in project accounting for finance applicants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments.
