Position Overview

As a Senior Dynamics F&O Business Analyst, you will be involved in defining, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. This client-facing role requires strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills, focusing on designing ERP systems to meet business requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with client needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales efforts, including RFP responses.
• Travel regularly to lead project streams and engage with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Experience working through all project phases: governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout.
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to adapt them within Dynamics 365.
• Ability to develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the Dynamics 365 market.
• Proven experience in designing business processes and determining business requirements.
• Technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
• Analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Capability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Track record of solving complex problems and managing client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Finance-specific applicants should have project accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Additional relevant qualifications.
