Join EY as a Senior Dynamics F&O Finance & Project Accounting Business Analyst in our Consulting division. This role is location-flexible across the country.

About the Role

As part of our Finance and Supply Chain Management team, you will use structured project methodologies to define, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. This client-facing role requires strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills, focusing on designing ERP systems to meet client business requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with client needs
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales initiatives, including RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams, engaging actively with clients

Skills & Attributes

• Experience in project governance, requirements gathering, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, and rollout within ERP projects
• Deep understanding of business processes and their adaptation within Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Ability to develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the Dynamics 365 market
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Leadership capabilities to guide junior team members and solve complex problems

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation
• Knowledge of application functional design and system configuration
