Role Details

Title: Dynamics F&O Business Analyst - Senior
Department: Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration – Technology Business Analysis – Senior

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions tailored to client needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure solutions and identify opportunities for service expansion, contributing to sales efforts through RFP responses.
• Lead project streams, engage with clients, and travel regularly as required.

Candidate Profile

Key Skills:

• Experience in project governance, requirements gathering, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout of ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of business processes and Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities based on broad policies.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, etc.).
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
