Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics F&O Business Analyst to join our Technology team at EY. This client-facing role involves defining, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions, focusing on finance and project accounting modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into technical solutions, leading project streams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with client needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales efforts, including RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams, engaging actively with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Experience in project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout.
• Deep understanding of business processes and Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving ability and experience guiding junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Project accounting experience for finance-specific applicants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
