Job summary

You will serve as the first point of contact for end users, handle questions, onboarding, testing, and release coordination. The ideal candidate is technically curious, highly organized, service oriented, and able to translate system changes into practical guidance and to prepare release notes and user guides.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, help desk operations, or enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn business workflows quickly and explain changes to users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day support contact for enterprise application users, troubleshooting issues and routing complex items.
• Provide technical escalation and guidance to operations teams for application-related requests.
• Become a trusted knowledge source for Dynamics applications and related workflows.
• Test new Dynamics features and fixes before release to ensure readiness for users.
• Help with user adoption by preparing release notes, job aids, and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate with leadership when deeper configuration or development work is needed.
• Assist with basic data reviews, user access validation, and process checks.
