Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an Application Support specialist to resolve issues for users of software systems, including MES and ERP interfaces. Training will be provided for both Apriso and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

The role requires clear communication with factory floor users and office staff alike. You will manage daily issue resolution and coordinate tracking in helpdesk and development environments to ensure timely closure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a member of an application support team resolving issues for users of software systems.
• Experience with MES and an ERP (Finance and Operations) system is preferred; training will be provided for both.
• Must have effective communications skills with users on the factory floor as well as office workers.

Responsibilities

• Will be assigned issues to resolve daily; this is the primary job duty.
• Will track issues for the Site in the helpdesk system and the software development environment to ensure follow-up and closure.
• Will be a member of the D365 / Apriso IT Solution Support team and the IT Development teams to drive problem resolution.
