Job summary

isolved is seeking a Dynamics Administrator to execute process updates and deploy new Dynamics 365 designs. You will develop solution designs, write test plans, validate system changes, and act as SME across environments (Sandbox/DEV/QA/UAT/PROD).

You will draft documentation, training materials, and share knowledge with teammates while supporting ongoing optimization and user adoption. Strong Excel, Power Apps, Flow experience and excellent communication are required to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Five-plus years Dynamics experience in customer support.
• Experience with Dynamics application architecture and custom workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Platform and Flow.
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications for specialization.
• Third party integration experience required.
• Understands ERP best practices.
• Experience building Dynamics automations.
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel (data functions, pivot tables).
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Great communication across teams.
• Experience standardizing processes and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable saying no and offering alternatives.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy solution design according to project timeline.
• Write test plans and perform system validation tests for new releases and customizations.
• Build custom records, fields, transactions, saved searches, dashboards, roles and permissions.
• Provide architecture, design, configuration, and support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Serve as SME for Dynamics requirements, configuration, and upgrades.
• Collaborate across environments to build, test, deploy, and maintain configurations.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot production issues methodically.
• Lead or participate in sessions to determine requirements for new implementations.
• Extend app capability with new entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Create system documentation, including design specs and admin guides.
• Document business flows and train team members on best practices.
• Train others in Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Guide data management team on Dynamics data integrations.
• Participate in all phases of Solution Delivery Life Cycle.
