Job summary

Ambient Enterprises seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to lead CRM and Field Service training across US units. The role focuses on ensuring sales, service dispatch, and admin teams are proficient, while supporting testing of new features before broad deployment.

Travel across the United States (~50-75%) is required, with ongoing post go-live support and material development. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CRM training are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM/Field Service training experience.
• Experience developing training materials, user guides, and hands-on workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex system functions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States (50-75%).
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing or functional system testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and admin teams on Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, remote and on-site.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including guides, tutorials, and workshops.
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM and Field Service.
• Assist onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency from day one.
• Collaborate with IT, PMs, and leaders to align training with deployment schedules and processes; gather feedback to refine programs.
• Assist with testing of new features and updates, providing usability feedback.
