Job summary

CIM is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Developer for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Cookham (hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote). The role combines development, configuration, and user support to evolve our CRM platform for colleagues, members and customers.

You will work within the CRM team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, releases, and integrations, while maintaining documentation and delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in development/configuration/app support roles.
• Experience providing first/second-line application support.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization and administration.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and Agile environments is beneficial.

Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Developer (6 months)

Role – 6 months fixed terms contract

Location – Cookham - hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote per week

Salary - £38,000 to £42,000 + benefits – Fixed term

What you'll be doing

Working as part of our CRM team, you'll support the day-to-day running and ongoing development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You'll:

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, works collaboratively and is passionate about delivering great user experiences. You'll bring:

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a development, configuration or application support role.
• Experience providing first and second-line application support.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and administration.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and working within Agile environments would be an advantage.
