Compensation: $55.00 - $61.62 HR

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a technology enthusiast ready for an exciting IT career with a focus on application development and technology implementation for the business. We are seeking someone who values growth opportunities and exposure to various technologies. As part of this journey, you will join a project team on the development and implementation of Dynamics CRM technical solutions for customers across multiple lines of business (e.g., office coffee, micro markets, and vending).

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Dynamics Solutions Architect to implement Dynamics solutions with scalability and best practices.
• Enhance efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other technical resources on the team.
• Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and propose technical solutions; communicate effectively to lower-level development resources.
• Keep leadership up to date on team progress, risks, and activities.
• Ensure optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and products.
• Upgrade and configure Microsoft Dynamics systems for optimized integration.
• Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Dynamics 365 modules experience
• Minimum of 3 years Dynamics 365 implementations experience
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations
• Minimum of 3 years of Dynamics 365 development experience including: JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls (React/FluentUI), TypeScript, Power BI, Power Automate
• Field Service module experience
• AWS/Node.js experience - strongly encouraged
• AI knowledge - nice to have
• Work environment:
  • Hybrid
  • Monday and Friday work from home
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
• Occasional travel
