Job summary

Yoh in Addison, TX is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager for a Dynamics AX to D365 migration. This hybrid role partners with IT, internal stakeholders, and a vendor to deliver the upgrade, manage changes, and stabilize the new ERP environment.

You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live support while ensuring security roles and data integrity throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience participating in or leading AX to D365 upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements between business users, developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and implementation partners.
• Strong project management skills, including management of scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• AX to D365 Migration & Project Delivery: lead the migration from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
• Application Moves, Adds & Changes: coordinate ongoing changes across AX/D365 and document requirements.
• Configuration & Customization: decide between standard configuration and custom development.
• Business & Technical Requirements: document current and future state requirements and translate into specs.
• Project Management & Vendor Coordination: manage timelines, risks, and vendor deliverables.
• Functional Configuration: configure D365 modules (GL, AP, FA, Procurement, Inventory, WM).
• Technical & Integration Coordination: work with developers on interfaces, APIs, data entities, and reports.
• Data Migration & Mapping: support data analysis, cleansing, transformation, and cutover.
• Testing & Release Validation: develop SIT/UAT tests and validate releases.
• Security & Role Changes: manage D365 security roles and access changes.
• Cutover & Go-Live: support cutover planning and go-live readiness.
• Documentation & Change Management: maintain process and system documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Ownership: provide ongoing support and optimization after go-live.
