Job summary

Yoh is seeking an ERP Transformation Lead to drive a major Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation. The role bridges business operations, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring the platform meets requirements and delivers long-term value.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 experience, manage the full lifecycle, and transition to ongoing ERP support and optimization after deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or comparable ERP environments.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations and large-scale modernization projects.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, inventory, supply chain, or warehouse ERP processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Experience collaborating with external consultants, SI partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of ERP testing, data migration, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional liaison between business departments, IT leadership, and the ERP implementation team.
• Translate business objectives into system requirements, configurations, and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions to identify process inefficiencies and leverage standard Dynamics functionality.
• Provide functional guidance across GL, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Warehouse modules.
• Assess designs and customizations to minimize complexity and align with goals.
• Coordinate data conversion activities and data integrity reviews.
• Develop testing strategies and oversee SIT/UAT activities.
• Support access controls, security, and compliance planning.
• Create training materials and support end-user adoption.
