Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager for an AX to D365 F&O migration in Addison, TX. The role blends business analysis with project leadership across internal stakeholders, IT, and the implementation partner.

The candidate should have hands-on AX and D365 experience, strong requirements gathering, and the ability to drive configuration, customization, testing, and cutover activities through go-live and ongoing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O.
Experience leading AX to D365 upgrade projects.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Knowledge of ERP lifecycle including data migration and testing.

Responsibilities

AX to D365 Migration & Project Delivery: lead from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
Own and coordinate moves, changes, enhancements across AX/D365 environment.
Evaluate configuration vs customization needs and oversee development and deployment.
Document requirements, acceptance criteria, and ensure proper testing before production.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate to detailed specs and user stories.
Manage change requests, risks, and vendor deliverables within project scope.
