Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 SME to lead an ERP transformation in Addison, TX. You will work with our implementation partner to translate business needs into ERP requirements, lead workshops, design configurations, coordinate data migration, and guide testing and security setup.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Dynamics AX/365 experience, strong finance and supply chain knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Formación

• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Experience partnering with third-party ERP consultants and system integrators.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, testing, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders across the organization to understand current business processes and future-state requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional ERP requirements and collaborate with implementation partners on solution design.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory, WMS, Procurement) to align with business objectives.
• Develop SIT and UAT strategies; validate processes, functionality, integrations, and data accuracy.
• Drive security, compliance, and change-management efforts; maintain training materials and user adoption.
• Support post-go-live optimization, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
