Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to own the design, integration, and governance of CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and related platforms.

You will mentor teams, set engineering standards, and drive real-time data pipelines using Dataverse, Power Platform, REST/GraphQL, and cloud services.

This role embraces a hybrid workflow and collaboration across product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in enterprise app development for large-scale solutions.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Led complex Dynamics 365 implementations with architecture & customization.
• Deep Dataverse modeling, security, automation, plugins, APIs.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven patterns.
• Data ingestion, pipeline, orchestration, observability practices.
• Experience with Azure, cloud-native integrations, DevOps (GitHub, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Dynamics 365 design and implementation.
• Provide strategic direction for CRM ecosystem.
• Lead integration between Dynamics and upstream/downstream platforms.
• Develop custom features using Dataverse, C#, and plugins.
• Govern Power Platform solutions and workflows.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders on roadmaps.
• Ensure security, governance, and DevOps readiness.
